Terms of Service

These terms of service ("Terms") govern your use of the Kathi Lipp LLC membership portal at portal.kathilipp.com ("the Portal"). By accessing or using the Portal, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Portal.

Membership & Access

The Portal is available to members with an active Kathi Lipp LLC membership subscription. Access is granted based on your subscription status and the programs you are enrolled in. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate access at any time for any reason, including violation of these Terms.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. Do not share your login credentials or magic link with others. Each membership is for individual use only.

Community Guidelines

The Portal includes community features such as comments, posts, reactions, and @mentions. When participating in the community, you agree to:

• Be respectful and constructive in all interactions
• Not post content that is abusive, harassing, defamatory, or discriminatory
• Not post spam, advertisements, or solicitations
• Not share another member's personal information without their consent
• Not upload malicious files or content that infringes on others' rights

We reserve the right to remove any content and suspend or ban members who violate these guidelines. Decisions regarding moderation are at our sole discretion.

Content Ownership

Our content: All library content, courses, challenges, events, and announcements on the Portal are owned by Kathi Lipp LLC and are protected by copyright. You may not reproduce, distribute, or share this content outside the Portal without written permission.

Your content: You retain ownership of comments, posts, and other content you create on the Portal. By posting, you grant Kathi Lipp LLC a non-exclusive license to display that content within the Portal for as long as it remains posted.

SMS Notifications

The Portal offers optional SMS notifications. By verifying your phone number and enabling SMS notification types, you consent to receive text messages from Kathi Lipp LLC for the categories you have selected (event reminders, @mentions, announcements).

• SMS is entirely optional and never enabled by default
• Message and data rates may apply
• Message frequency varies by notification type
• Reply STOP to any message to opt out at any time
• Reply HELP for assistance

Subscriptions & Billing

Membership subscriptions are managed through ThriveCart. Billing terms, cancellation, and refund policies are governed by the terms presented at the time of purchase. You can manage your subscription through the billing section of your profile or through ThriveCart directly.

Limitation of Liability

The Portal is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. Kathi Lipp LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Portal, including but not limited to loss of data, service interruptions, or content posted by other members.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the Portal (via announcement or notification). Your continued use of the Portal after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
