Account Information

When you access the portal, we use your existing Kathi Lipp LLC account information including your name, email address, and membership status. You may also provide:

• Display name (for community features)
• Timezone preference
• Phone number (if you opt in to SMS notifications)
• Notification preferences

Content You Create

Comments, posts, reactions, and other community contributions you make on the portal are stored and displayed to other members. This includes any images you upload and @mentions of other members.

Usage Information

We collect standard web server logs and session information to operate the portal, maintain security, and improve the service. This includes IP addresses, browser type, pages visited, and timestamps.

How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Authenticate your identity and manage your membership
• Deliver content, events, and announcements relevant to your programs
• Enable community features (comments, posts, reactions, @mentions)
• Send notifications you have opted into (in-app, email, or SMS)
• Display event times in your timezone
• Maintain portal security and prevent abuse

SMS / Text Messaging

If you opt in to SMS notifications, we collect your phone number and share it with our messaging provider, Twilio, solely for the purpose of delivering text messages. Your phone number is not shared with any other third party and is not used for marketing purposes beyond the notification types you have enabled.

Data Retention

Your account information is retained for as long as your membership is active. Community content (comments, posts) remains visible unless you or an administrator deletes it. If you remove your phone number, it is deleted from our systems. Server logs are retained for up to 90 days for security purposes.

Your Choices

• Profile settings — Update your display name, timezone, and notification preferences at any time
• SMS opt-out — Reply STOP to any text message or remove your phone number from your profile
• Content deletion — Delete your own comments and posts
• Account questions — Contact us to request information about or deletion of your account data
